At OM Garments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Exchange Policy explains the conditions, process, and terms for requesting a size exchange on your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility & Conditions

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered — unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If these conditions are not met, no exchange will be processed.

2. Policy Terms

Please note that we operate on a strict exchange-only policy (subject to size availability). We do not accept returns for refunds or cancellations once an order is delivered.

In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, we will provide a replacement of the correct size/product.
