We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number. An order is considered confirmed only after you receive the confirmation notification.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹). We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We accept payments through various methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

For bulk school orders, custom pricing may be offered. Please contact our sales team for institutional pricing and bulk discounts.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and other factors.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

For school bulk orders, special delivery arrangements can be made. Please contact us for institutional delivery scheduling.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Size exchanges are free of charge. For defective products, we offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please use the Exchange/Return feature in your account or contact our customer support team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
