How we process, ship, and deliver your order
At OM Garments, we aim to get your school uniforms and apparel to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days across Gujarat.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, the courier tracking ID will be shown against that specific order in the "My Orders" section of your account, which you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
